J System Solutions
Licence Agreement
The terms on which you may use the SSO Plugin.
Version 1.0, effective 22 October 2026. Replaces all earlier versions.
About this agreement
This agreement is between J System Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”) and the organisation that obtains a licence key for the SSO Plugin, directly or through a reseller (“you”). By installing or using the SSO Plugin you accept it. J System Solutions Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 05342499, with its registered office at 10 Verley Close, Woughton on the Green, Milton Keynes, England, MK6 3ER.
Your licence
Once you have paid for it, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the SSO Plugin and its documentation for your internal business, on the AR Servers named in your licence key. Contractors may use it on your behalf, and you are responsible for their use. A trial licence key is for evaluation only and ends when the key expires.
Restrictions
You may not:
- use the SSO Plugin on servers other than those named in your licence key;
- copy, modify, distribute, sublicense or rent it, except to install and back it up;
- remove, disable or work around its licence keys;
- reverse engineer or decompile it, except as far as the law allows.
Ownership
We own the SSO Plugin and all rights in it. You receive only the rights set out in this agreement. The SSO Plugin includes third-party components, which are licensed under their own terms.
Support and updates
Support, updates and new licence keys are only provided under a separate, active support agreement. This agreement does not oblige us to provide any of them. Support does not renew automatically.
Your data
The SSO Plugin runs on your own servers and checks its licence key locally. We do not receive or process your business data through it.
No warranty
The SSO Plugin is supplied “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms, whether express or implied, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Liability
Our total liability arising from this agreement or the SSO Plugin is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business. Nothing in this agreement limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending this agreement
We may end this agreement if you do not pay, or if you breach it and do not put the breach right within 30 days of us telling you. You must then stop using the SSO Plugin and delete it. If we stop trading, your licence continues for the releases you already have.
Changes, transfer and law
We may change this agreement at any time by publishing a new version on this page. A new version applies from the date it is published. We may transfer this agreement to another organisation. You may not transfer it without our written consent. This agreement, the support agreement and your order are the entire agreement between us, and the terms of any purchase order you send do not apply. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
